Law students in Germany!

From January, 25 to February, 8 2nd year students of Comparative law department (YUYU13-06B group) took part in a study tour organized by the University of Passau. The aim of the visit was an acquaintance with the judicial system of Germany and the highest authorities of Germany on the federal and state level, and the European Union. In the framework of the students visited institutions like the Constitutional Court, the Federal Administrative Court, the Federal Court in disputes between employer and employee, the Federal Supreme Court, the Office of the Federal Chancellor, the Bundestag (Federal Parliament), the Bundesrat (Federal Council), the European Parliament and the Council of Europe .

During the trip students were in two countries (Germany and France) and 8 cities (Passau, Erfurt, Leipzig, Berlin, Karlsruhe, Kehl, Strasbourg, Munich) and actually traveled across the whole of Germany. For a more thorough acquaintance with European culture has been organized cultural program (for example, visiting a concert in Berlin, city tours, a variety of quests, and more). In addition, students had enough free time to themselves to visit their interesting attractions (Bavarian National Museum Dachau concentration camp, Madame Tussaud's, etc.). Finally, this trip allowed not only to get acquainted with foreign history, culture, system of government, but to raise the language skills to a new level.

Special thanks go to the German side, the warm and friendly welcome to our students, to provide them with excellent facilities and organize such informative and interesting event.
