The spring DSG session 2015 has ended!
The Law Institute of SFU held another edition of the program participants DSG (German-speaking course "German law") For the second year CLD students German-speaking session was the second one. From 03/23/2015 to 03/28/2015 Professor Urs Kramer, and a researcher at the University of Passau Hydro Johanna Birgitta held German Administrative Law Course in the German language. In this session senior lecturer in theory of law Teplyakova Anna Vladimirovna read a lecture for students in the German language on "Police Law". From 09.03.2015 to 14.03.2015 researchers of the University of Passau Shaybenpflyug Hans Philip and liner Christian Wilhelm held the course "Civil Law in Germany", and from 16.03.2015 to 21.03.2015 Hofmann Tim and Christian Gentz held the course "Commercial (Commercial) Law, companies established under private law, labor law." Upon completion of the courses were taken exams in 3rd year students of Law Institute of SFU CLD, as well as from non-resident students from Irkutsk (1 student), Barnaul (1 student) and Kemerovo (1 student). This was the final session of the program DSG. After passing the exams in all subjects offered (2 sessions per year for 2 years, as well as participation in summer school), participants received a certificate of completion of DSG, issued jointly by the Siberian Federal University and the University of Passau. Graduates DSG are offered by a variety of opportunities to continue studying German law at the University of Passau. Graduates of the DSG may, for example, interrupt their studies in the Russian high school to get a "certificate of basic knowledge of German law" within one year of training in Passau. After receiving the Russian legal education possible year training in magistracy University of Passau and a short-term training and internships for writing diploma, bachelor works, master's theses. In order to update the knowledge of German law graduates can participate each year in so-called expert seminars conducted by the DAAD in Europe.
