Enisey scholl of young scientists

For the first time Siberian federal University Law School conducts Yenisei legal school of young scientists, with support of Krasnoyarsk regional department of Russian Lawyer association, and informational support of “Garant” company. Yenisei legal school takes place at 17-18 Sept 2015 in a framework of anniversary events dedicated to 60 years of Law School.

Theme of Yenisei legal school of young scientists is “Saving of objects of cultural heritage of Siberia”. Aim of the school – to organize scientific communication based on a ground of interdisciplinary approach, exchange of ideas of young scientists, promotion of Siberian legal science and ideas of saving of objects of Siberian cultural heritage. Interactive lections, work in a small groups, master classes are planned in a frameworks of school in following directions:

  1. Legal regulation of saving of monuments of cultural heritage, time perspective: pre-revolutionary, soviet’s Russia and current regulation;
  2. Administrative-legal regulation of objects of cultural heritage;
  3. Civil-legal regulation of objects of cultural heritage;
  4. Criminal-legal aspects of regulation of objects of cultural heritage;
  5. International-legal aspects of regulation of objects of cultural heritage;

Aspirants, postgraduates, candidates of science, Ph.D. younger than 36 years old are invited to participation. Participation – is free, all expenses are covered by coming participant. Certificate of professional development is issued upon completion of school’s program.
