Conference. Day 5!
The fifth day of the conference "Yenisei political and legal readings" started with the second part of the lecture by Yuri Konstantinovich Jakimowicz. Yuri Konstantinovich is a Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, the prosecutor's supervision and law enforcement research of Tomsk State University, deputy director of the Law Institute of Tomsk State University, Honored Lawyer of Russian Federation, honorary solicitor of Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Higher Education. The topic of the lecture was "criminal process: optimization or unjustified simplification?". Within three hours of the lecturer went into an open dialogue with students, expertly answering to their questions, even more able to reveal undisclosed topical issues, as well as raise new, thereby creating new thoughts to reveal. |
