Over a series of classes with the 4th year students of day time Department of the Law Institute of Siberian Federal University within the framework of discipline "Lawyer in criminal proceedings".

Students who had this discipline chosen, was offered several trainings related to the development of basic vocational legal skills. This time it was decided to stop, first, on the ability to conduct effective judicial interrogation, and, second, on developing the skills legal skills, formulating and reasoning legal position in the case.

Training was provided by attorneys, are experienced trainers of the Institute for training of lawyers the lawyer chamber of Krasnoyarsk region and teachers of the master's program "Lawyer in litigation" by P. D. I. Kireev and I.A. Khoroshev.

It should be noted that choosing this discipline the students managed to capture the professional development programme that unfolded for them in the Law Institute SFU, which includes such disciplines as "Professional skills" and "Professional ethics of a lawyer" on the first and second courses; the "Prosecutor's supervision" - sophomore year; teaching in a legal clinic and discipline "Introduction to the activity of legal clinic" - in the third year.

And here is the 4th course of lessons under the subject "Lawyer in criminal process" as a logical continuation of previously initiated and demonstrate some teaching methods that are applied at other levels of higher education.

The authors and course presenters are hopeful that these lessons will allow students to more brightly illuminate the space place in your own training and identify ways of their elimination in the future.
