Students of Law institute are participants and winners of the district round of All-Russian students Competition of law.
March 26, 2016 the team of the Law Institute of SFU, consisting of 6 people, participated in the district round of the All-Russian students Competition of law over the Siberian Federal district, which was organized on the basis of State University of Kemerovo. The founder of the Competition is a Youth Union of Layers of Russian Federation. The Competition has been organized for 18 years and it is a large-scale contest for students of law. The teams from 15 Universities of Siberian Federal District took part in Competition. (A list of the participating universities can be found here: http://uf.kemsu.ru/files/News/Olimpiada/2016/Progr_VSUO_2016_Kemerovo.pdf) Our team was represented in all three directions: Criminal Law (Atamanov Veniamin and Galakhtionova Ksenia) Constitutional Law (Penizev Maxim and Maksimov Nikita) Civil Law (Ostanina Svetlana and Sabirov Artem) The tasks of the competition consisted of a paper, which contained theoretical questions (on the section of «civil law» - one question, on the section of «criminal law» – two questions, on the section of «constitutional law» – three questions).
