In the publishing house “Prospekt” new educational aid “State control (supervision) and business. The balance of rights and duties” by L.A. Mickiewicz, A.F. Vasilieva was drawn.
Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk region were the initiators of creation of such educational aid. The problems of implementation of means of control and supervision with respect to entrepreneurs were the subject of consideration on two round table meetings, which were organized in 2013-2015 by Law Institute of SFU with the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk region. In the educational aid the main rules about conducting of revision of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are set forth. Significant attention is paid to the rights and duties of the verified ones, the order of conducting of revisions, the revision’s terms and procedures, including the rules of drawing up of documents and their requirements.Essential part of this aid is dedicated to the means of protecting legal entities’ right both during the conducting of such revisions and after the completion of them. Educational aid is intended to entrepreneurs, supervisory and oversight bodies, may be useful for students who study the institution of control and supervision. |
