The issues of legal responsibility in educational sphere were negotiated in SFU.

 22 of September 2017 the round table on the topic of “Legal responsibility in educational governmental politics” was conducted within the X International conference Yenisey political legal readings.

 Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova, PhD in juridical sciences, shed the light on the key positions of European Court on Human Rights pursuant to the right to education issues, its implementation in compliance with Russian experience in this topic. Valentina Vladimirovna’s report was called “The right to education: states obligations in International law”.

Elena Anatolyevna Chiganova, PhD in Pedagogical sciences, presented her report “Key directions in educational management system of Krasnoyarsk region”. She emphasized a lot of questions which haven’t been noticed yet.

Elena Anatolyevna Yakovenko, head lecturer of international law and comparative law department of LI SFU presented the report “Consideration of governmental and participants of Centralized Testing interests when delivering justice”.

Andrew Petrovich Panov , the head chief of educational administration department in Kansk in his report “Peculiarities of interaction between the teacher and the educational organisation (Kansk is taken as an example)” marked the relevant issues of municipal educational organisations management.

Galina Konstantinovna Balabushevich, the honored worker of general secondary education in Novosibirsk “Gymnasium №6”, emphasized the “Relevant issues of responsibility between the subjects of educational relationships in pre-school and general secondary education”.

Natalia Yurievna Rychkova, senior lecturer of civil law department LI SFU got the participants familiar with “Some issues of criminal liability for plagiarism”.

Moderators of the round table became Krasnousov Sergey Dmitrievich and Kostareva Inga Ildarovna. Svetlana Anatolyevna Demina also significantly contributed to the round table.

The winner of the most thought provoking question became Ruslan Munipovich Shaihutdinov, the student of the 1 year, group ЮЮ17-14БМО.
