The lecturers of the Law School will train employees of the Central Bank of Russia on corruption resistance
The results of the request for proposals for provision of educational services to improve the skills of employees of the Bank of Russia on corruption resistance were summed up within the framework of the Universal trading platform "Sberbank-AST” . The winner is the application of the Siberian Federal University prepared by the staff of the Center for Combating Corruption and Legal Expertise and teachers of the Law Institute under the supervision of PhD, professor I. V. Shishko. Directly participated in the development of application: E. A. Akunchenko - candidate of legal sciences, senior lecturer of the delictology and criminology chair, senior research employee of the Center for Combating Corruption and Legal Expertise; S. P. Basalaeva - candidate of legal sciences, senior lecturer of the employment and environmental law chair, expert of the Center for Combating Corruption and Legal Expertise; I. A. Damm - candidate of legal sciences, senior lecturer and the head of the Center for Combating Corruption and Legal Expertise; N. V. Shedrin - PhD, professor of delictology and criminology chair, chief research employee of the Center for Combating Corruption and Legal Expertise. The course is designed for 16 academic hours and includes study of general issues of legal regulation of corruption resistance, and the features of the activities of departments for the corruption prevention and other offenses, compliance with anti-corruption standards of conduct, as well as bringing to legal responsibility for violation. Training will begin on December 5, 2019 and will be held in full-time at the sites of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and Nizhny Novgorod.
