- Social-legal aspects of counteraction to narcotic offences committed in general and higher education institutions of Krasnoyarsk Region. The Director of Criminal Department, Doctor of Law, professor A.N.Tarbagaev – 1 295 000, 00 rubles.
- The report on the effectiveness of local government in Krasnoyarsk Region. Assistant professor of Constitutional, Administrative and Municipal Department, Candidate of Legal Science, O.V.Ronzina – 900 000, 00 rubles.
