A roundtable “Mediation in Krasnoyarsk Region” will be held on the 18th of April at 11.00 (a.m.) at the Siberian Federal University (Ave. Svobodniy, 82/6, Room. 2-07).
The organizers of the event are: the Law Institute of the Siberian Federal University, the Mediation Center of the Law Institute of the Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk Regional Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce. Representatives of : Krasnoyarsk Regional Court and Krasnoyarsk Arbitration Court, the Directorates of Krasnoyarsk Region: of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Bailiff Service; the Ministry of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Region; Krasnoyarsk Region Bar; the Notary Chamber of Krasnoyarsk Region; the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Krasnoyarsk Region; Krasnoyarsk City Administration will take part the roundtable work. The participants of the roundtable will be shown a presentation of the Mediation Centre of the Law Institute of the Siberian Federal University - the second Center of Mediation in Russia, which mediators are professional The participants of roundtable will discuss the most crucial issues of the use of alternative dispute resolution procedures (mediation) in Krasnoyarsk Region, including the issue of interaction of the Mediation Center of the Law Institute, of the judicial bodies, state and municipal authorities, the professional community in the activity of alternative dispute resolution procedures (mediation) use. The agreements on cooperation between the Mediation Center of the Law Institute and a number of participants of the roundtable is planned to be signed by the end of the roundtable work. |
