The Conference for the second year was supported by the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia. As in previous years, the Conference of 2011 was held in two forms: intramurally and extramurally.
About 500 people have participated in the Conference intramurally, including 320 speakers.
This year, the Law Institute of SFU was visited by guests from 19 universities of the Russian Federation, in particular, by a group of students from the Irkutsk Institute of Law of the Academy of General Prosecutor's Office, by students of the Law Faculty of the Altai State University, by students of the Law Institute of Irkutsk State University, by students and professors of the Law Faculty of the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management of the Law Faculty, of the Chelyabinsk State University, by law students of the Buriat State University, by students and postgraduates of the Law Faculty of Tomsk State University, by law students of the Omsk State University, by postgraduates of the Law Faculty of the Voronezh State University, by law students of the Chita State University, and etc.
In this year, our conference has acquired the status of an "international" one. For the first time in a scientific students’ event of the Law Institute of SFU has participated a postgraduate of the Public law Department of the Vilnius University Murauskas Donatas.
Extramurally the Conference was attended by students, postgraduates and young scholars of the St. Petersburg State University, of the Moscow State University, of the People's Friendship University of Russia, of the Moscow State Institute, of the Far Eastern State University, of the Saratov Academy of Justice. Moreover, the geography of the conference was spread even on the CIS countries, scientific articles were sent by postgraduates from Ukraine and Belarus.
At the plenary session the participants of the conference were welcomed by first vice-rector of Science and International Cooperation Sergey V. Verkhovets. With a welcoming word to the participants has performed: the Chief of the Legal Expertise Department of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Region Svetlana M. Migal; the Chairman of the Kirov District Court of Krasnoyarsk, Candidate of Law Yuriy S. Letnikov; as well as the Heads of the Chairs of the Law Institute of SFU.
On the 9th of April at the Conference were hosted meetings in 15 sections:
- Section on the Theory of State and Law
- Section on the Issues of the Theory and History of State and Law
- Section on the Actual problems of the Theory and Practice of the Constitutional Law
- Section on the Actual problems of Civil Law
- Section on the Commercial and Entrepreneurial Law
- Criminal Law Section
- Section on the Recent developments in the Labor and Environmental Law
- Section on the Problems of the modern Criminology
- Section on the Issues of Theory and Practice of the Russian Criminal Procedure
- Section on the Criminalistics
- Section on the Comparative Law (working language: English, working language: German)
- Section on the Actual problems of International Law and International relations
- Session on the Recent developments in administrative science and practice
- Section on the Financial Law: its current problems and prospectives
- Section on the Actual problems of Civil Litigation
- Section on the Social Protection and Social Work
Accordingly to the results of the work of Sections of the Conference were awarded diplomas of the SFU of 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees, and honorary certificates of the SFU and also the credentials of the SFU Law Institute.
