On February, 17th, 2010 Regional Elections Commission will arrange «The Day of the young voter».
Within that Day it is planned an information part and "recruiting" of students for participation as observers during elections on March, 14th 2010. Action will begin on February, 17th, 2010 at 16.00 in Regional library.
