The results of the project "Best Educational Program of Innovative Russia" initiated by the "Accreditation in Education” journal, National Center for social and professional accreditation (Natsakkredtsentr) and the Guild of Experts of vocational education have been summed up.
The project had to approve 1000 best programmes out of more than 30,000 educational programs of Russian Federation higher educational institutions and, therefore to determine those so called beacons which the system of higher education should match.
The best educational programs have been chosen among common programs of higher education, implemented by Russian institutions of higher education, and among all programs within Russian regions.
Among those involving in the expert survey on choosing the best programs
- certified experts in the field of quality education;
- rectors of the leading Russian universities;
- leaders of educational associations (TMA) universities of Russia by areas;
- employers' associations;
- heads of major enterprises and organizations in the region;
- staffing agency;
- employment centers.
The project is based on benchmarking technology: finding, identifying and presenting best practices in a particular area of activity.
According to the results of the project a directory of the best programs has been made. 27 programmes carried out in the Siberian Federal University are among 340 programs of the directory. The programme "030500.62-Jurisprudence" implemented by the Law Institute of SFU has also entered the directory.
It is the only programme on jurisprudence that has joined the thousands of the best ones in Siberian Federal District.
