Law Institute lecturers to take part in the in-depth training in Vienna on April 17-22, 2010.

N.G. Stoyko - Head of the Criminal Procedure Chair and Social Committee on Human Rights Protection, A.D. Nazarov associate professor of the Criminal Procedure Chair and assistants S.D. Krasnousov and A.G. Tuzov, two specialists from the Institute of Psycology and Development Pedagogy E.Y. Fedorenko and I. Vologdina, will take part in the in-depth training on the migratory process administration. This event, organized by the Fund “New Eurasia” and Interkulturelles Zentrum (Vienna, Austria) will take place from 17 to 22 of April 2010.
The training is held in the scope of realization of the project “The formation of the efficient system of the administration of Krasnoyarsk region citizens migration”, which is conducted by the Social Committee on Human Rights Protection and the Law Clinic of the Law Institute.

The project “The formation of the efficient system of the administration of Krasnoyarsk region citizens migration” is aimed at creation and maintenance of social-legal aid center, which aid is provided not only for participants of the state program of support for compatriots’ voluntary migration from foreign countries, but also for migrant-workers. Within the project, supported by the “New Eurasia” Fund, it is proposed to create not only consulting, but also adaptive center. Now the pilot model of this center undergoes trial realization with active participation of the Social-legal Faculty students. The decision, whether to create standing center or not, will depend on the results of the trial realization of the project.

Education on migration processes has particular importance for the work-group qualification improvement, because this issue is very topical for our region, especially in the light of the adoption of the new program of compatriots’ voluntary migration in Krasnoyarsk region in 2010-2012. It is expected that administrators and specialists of the project will be able to use acquired knowledge during the social-legal center trial realization.
