Legal expeditionary force in the Kansk Educational Colony.
On the 14th of October, 2011, the group of 3rd year students – Yuri Reznikov, Olesya Klimova, Galina Fedorenko –, studying the criminal procedure, headed by N.A.Nikitina, a lecturer, and T.I.Mashkina, a distinguished lawyer and a chairwoman of the Remission Commission under the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region, held a seminar for the workers of the Kansk Educational Colony and conducted a meeting with children serving a sentence there. From the 5th to the 8th of December, 2011 the seminar “Legal education and practical skills training” will be held in the Law Institute.
The sponsors are: the Siberian Federal University and The U.S. Russia Foundation (USRF). The seminar is designed for lecturers and practitioners engaged in the teaching activities, who are interested in improvement of the existent courses by means of methodology and techniques, which are aimed at development of practical and experience-based skills. Professors from the Law Institute are welcome in foreign universities.
