Krasnoyarsk regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk region were the initiators of creation of such educational aid. The problems of implementation of means of control and supervision with respect to entrepreneurs were the subject of consideration on two round table meetings, which were organized in 2013-2015 by Law Institute of SFU with the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk region. In the educational aid the main rules about conducting of revision of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are set forth. An international academic and research conference and a XI International academic and research conference "Kutafin readings" on the topic "Ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual in the modern world" were being held during the 22nd to 24th of November, 2016. The conference organizers were Law School of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Kutafin Moscow State Law University with the participation of legislative, executive and judicial bodies, a lawyers public association, leading law universities and scientific institution of Russian law. The lecturers of Law Institute of Siberian Federal University participated in the conference. Law Institute is proud of its graduates
K.A. Pirtshalava , the graduate of Law Institute, who is a Representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at Swiss Confederation and at the Principality of Liechtenstein, Police Major General was awarded with “Order of Friendship” by the President’s decree by 15.07.2016 №344, and with “Order of Glory and Honor” by the Patriarch of Moscow and of all Russia on 27.07.2016. Law Institute developed a unique Anti-corruption educational methodical complex together with the Centre of corruption countering and legal expertise SFU.
In 2016 Law Institute of Siberian Federal University, the Centre of corruption countering and legal expertise of Siberian Federal University together with Krasnoyarsk regional department of “Russian association “Znaniye”, supported with the Ministry of education of Krasnoyarsk region, and also with grants from youth policy and social development programs implementation Agency of Krasnoyarsk region completed Anti-corruption educational methodical package“The basis of anti-corruption awareness in educational sphere” design. The idea of the project referred to the experts in corruption countering, criminal law, criminology, psychology and other sciences developing Anti-corruption educational methodical package together. Next the developers are meant to teach educational organizations representatives how to introduce the package. Then the representatives themselves, provided with all of the package materials, will conduct anti-corruption educational classes for their colleagues. Consequently, a massive anti-corruption awareness in educational sphere will be initiated in Krasnoyarsk region. Four Siberian Federal University’s students were awarded for active social life and for taking part in socially valuable youth projects implementation from the administration of Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk. The ceremony of the best students rewarding was held on Russian Studentship Day, January 23, 2017.
