Alexei Bulatov - a graduate of the Comparative Law Department 2012. In 2013 he graduated from the master's program in English, devoted to the study of human rights and international justice at the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary). On September 1, 2015 after undergoing competitive selection Alex started working as a junior lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg, France). That's what Alex told us: "Working in court is very interesting, but at the same time responsible and complicated. There is an opinion that scientists engaged in theoretical research, the results of which are not used in practice. Lecturers of Siberian Federal University have refuted this view.
The project team that included members of Law Institute (S. Krasnousov, V. Tereshkova, N. Khlonova) and Institute of Economics, Management and Nature Management (I. Vorontzova) suggested a methodology of estimating the corruption risks in educational organization based on the results of conducted research. The results of research and methodology are published in the Handbook “Methodology of estimation the map of corruption risks for workplace of the head of educational organization”, 2015.

The fifth day of the conference "Yenisei political and legal readings" started with the second part of the lecture by Yuri Konstantinovich Jakimowicz. Yuri Konstantinovich is a Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, the prosecutor's supervision and law enforcement research of Tomsk State University, deputy director of the Law Institute of Tomsk State University, Honored Lawyer of Russian Federation, honorary solicitor of Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Higher Education. The topic of the lecture was "criminal process: optimization or unjustified simplification?". Within three hours of the lecturer went into an open dialogue with students, expertly answering to their questions, even more able to reveal undisclosed topical issues, as well as raise new, thereby creating new thoughts to reveal.
