The RHSF supported the project application of Ph.D., associate professor of the theory of state and law V.Y. Panchenko, "Evaluation of legal regimes: a realistic approach", the project is designed for three years (until 2017). The RHSF has also decided to continue funding two projects of our teachers: The Center of Environmental Rights "Bellona" with the support of the European Union and the Law Institute of the Siberian Federal University on 18-19 April 2015 holds a seminar "Eco-Lawyer."
During the seminar, the students of the Law Institute will have an opportunity to improve knowledge of environmental law and practice skills of their practical application in order to protect the environment. At the seminar, experts of "Bellona" will share their experience in the field of environmental protection of citizens' rights, give advice for self-management affairs, and also help to orient future environmental legal activity of students. Participants will be involved in discussions, individual and group tasks. The workshop will take two full days with breaks for coffee breaks and lunch. I wanted to come and live in Russia for a very long time. This is my fourth visit, so I have already formed the impression about the country, but I have not been so far. This is the second scientific forum on these actual issues, organized on the basis of our institute. The All-Russian scientific-practical conference with international participants "Legal obstacles to the implementation of rights and legitimate interests: theory and practice" was held on July 4, 2014 , according to the results of the conference a collective monograph with the same name was published. As a part of the conference, in July 3, 2015 there will be discussed theoretical and legal, sectoral and cross-sectoral issues of identification and overcome legal obstacles to the realization of the rights and legitimate interests.
